Ingredients:
30 g hawthorn
250 g spinach
5 g ginger
10 g garlic
10 g green onion
3 g salt
30 g cooking oil
Directions:
1. Cut hawthorn into slice. Chopped spinach into 4cm pieces.
2. Heat cooking oil, put in minced ginger, garlic, green onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Pour in hawthorn, spinach, stir-fry until cooked, about 3 minutes.
4. Sprinkle salt to your taste.
