Ingredients:
600 g lean pork or pork shin,
23 g American ginseng,
38 g rhizoma dioscoreae ,
38 g shelled dried longans,
water
1 tsp salt.
Directions:
1. Scald the pork and drain well. Set aside.
2. Boil water and put in all ingredients. Boil over high heat for 10 minutes. Then switch to medium low heat and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Season with salt and serve.
